If your order was placed within the past 3-5 business days, please allow time to process your order, we are closed weekends. The FedEx email should have your tracking number in the subject line. That email is sent to the email address used when placing your order, please be sure to check the correct address. The first step is to email us to request a Return Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, shipping address, model number, order number and how you paid for the item. We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or give you a refund. Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. We will mail you a pre paid label. Once you receive it, please email us so we will be able to track the package back to our warehouse. Please include all original paperwork, box, warranties and accessories. Please make sure to write your RA number clearly on the box. Refunds are issued an average of 7 business days after the checking in of your returned product. After we issue the refund, it is up to your bank to post the credit on your account in a timely manner, PayPal credits take 24 hours or less in most cases.
